Not every video tool clears MLS rules. Use this checklist to evaluate any option on the things that actually get videos accepted — watermarks, branding, formats, speed, and true per-listing cost.

"Just 3 words: I AM IMPRESSED. I have been involved with CloudPano almost 6 years and I LOVE the new PhotoAIVideo application."
Edgar R. Alpuche

"This is a game changer. It keeps me from having to tap into a whole bunch of different AI resources to stitch together animations and videos."
Tom Metcher
Real Estate Professional, Southern Nevada
"I gave them one photo of a room and they turned it into a dolly-in, moving the window light reflections as the camera moves. I never had to film or edit to get this."

Watermark-free output on the plan you will actually use. A baked-in watermark is the fastest way to fail MLS review, and many tools only remove it on their most expensive tier. Confirm the plan you can afford exports clean video.
Some MLS boards prohibit any agent branding or contact information inside the video frame. Software that can produce an unbranded cut lets you satisfy the strictest boards while still exporting a branded version for your own marketing. Without that toggle you are stuck re-editing for each purpose.
At minimum, standard MP4 in a horizontal aspect ratio for MLS uploads and portals, plus a vertical ratio for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok. If a tool only exports one orientation you will end up re-cropping every video by hand.
Look at the true per-listing cost, not just the headline price. Photo-to-video tools that charge a few dollars per finished video usually beat both monthly editing suites and per-listing videographer fees, especially once you are producing video for every listing rather than a few.
It helps a lot. Real-estate-focused tools bake in compliance, property-appropriate camera motion, and listing workflows, whereas general editors leave all of that to you and often push branding that breaks compliance.
Fast enough to produce a video the day a listing goes live. Tools that render in about a minute from photos let you cover every listing; anything that takes hours or days pushes you back toward rationing video to premium properties.
